Banner Health's Legal Svcs-Corp team seeks an experienced contracts professional to manage the end-to-end contracting process. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating physician contracts while ensuring compliance with policy and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare, 3+ years in contract drafting, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Competenze

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or a related field.
• 3+ years of legal experience preferably relating to contract drafting, preparation and analysis.
• Requires highly developed interpersonal and listening skills and excellent written and oral communication.
• Experience with managed care contracts preferred.
