Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Policy/Management, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare financial analysis, budgeting or financial management experience.
• Experience in managed care or hospital reimbursement with payor and complex methodologies.
• 2+ years leading projects and mentoring staff; strong analytic capabilities with SQL/Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics to optimize contract finance processes and timeliness.
• Perform complex analyses and scenario modeling to support negotiations.
• Develop and review contract language with legal and contracting teams.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
