The role requires deep knowledge of provider contracts, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to recruit and onboard providers to expand networks while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience negotiating contracts with hospitals, facilities, and physician groups.
• 3+ years in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles.
• Strong ability to leverage data and metrics to secure favorable contract outcomes.
• Understanding of provider financial issues, contracting options, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, execution, and analysis with hospitals, physician groups, and local systems.
• Manage contract performance and drive value-based arrangements aligned with strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard providers to meet network targets and cost objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally on provider compensation strategy, pricing development, and reimbursement modeling.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive impact.
• Represent the organization with providers, customers, and community stakeholders.
• Evaluate provider network strategy ensuring alignment with state requirements and product needs.
• Optimize provider engagement and resolve complex escalations related to claims and data accuracy.
