Wolverine Construction in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead hospital and medical office renovation projects in occupied environments. You will coordinate crews of 7–15 trades, develop site plans with the PM, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

This role requires a four- to five-year background in healthcare construction, a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Architecture, and a valid driver's license, with ASHE CHC certification preferred;

Formación

• Five (5) years of experience or more leading construction crews as a Superintendent on hospital projects and medical office renovations.
• ASHE CHC certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and required trainings listed by Wolverine.

Responsabilidades

• Attends internal kickoff meetings to establish initial communication and reviews project details with PM.
• Sets up the job site and coordinates delivery and staging of materials.
• Conducts pre-start meetings with subcontractors and manages schedule with trade partners.
• Creates and updates project schedules and leads regular progress meetings.
• Assists PM in schedule recovery and tracks RFIs in Procore.
• Ensures quality control and holds subcontractors accountable.
• Maintains drawings and field expense updates in Procore and prepares weekly look-ahead schedules.
• Prioritizes safety, conducts training, and records safety incidents.
• Coordinates inspections and manages project closeout with PM and punch list.
• Maintains client relationships and seeks repeat business.
