Hoar is seeking a Senior Healthcare Superintendent to support the General Superintendent in overseeing one or more construction operations. The role coordinates crews, determines requirements, plans procedures, and ensures subcontractor work meets specifications. The position may travel up to 100% of the time.

The role involves safety inspections, schedule and budget monitoring, and reporting. Strong leadership and knowledge of construction trades are essential to succeed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 5–10 years as a Superintendent on construction projects or 1 year as Senior Superintendent in healthcare.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of all crafts of construction (carpentry, concrete, structural steel, interior build-outs).
• Experience leading a diverse field team.
• General computer skills (MS Office).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals.
• Manage the safety of a job site by inspections, training and regular meetings with staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, review processes for consistency, efficiency and quality.
• Monitor schedule and budget; coordinate with subcontractors on recovery plans and progress.
• Read construction documents to determine requirements or plan procedures.
• Record and maintain information; produce reports (personnel, production, project logs, status).
