Hoar seeks a Healthcare Superintendent in Houston, TX to support the General or Senior Superintendent in overseeing healthcare construction sites. You will coordinate field crews, determine requirements, plan procedures, and ensure subcontract work meets specifications, with travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years in a construction management role with healthcare construction experience.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of all crafts of construction including carpentry, concrete, structural steel, interior build-outs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals.
• Monitor progress of a project and ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of delivery.
• Participate in monitoring project schedule and budget with Senior Superintendents; coordinate with subcontractors for recovery plans.
• Read construction documents to determine requirements and plan procedures.
• Record and maintain information and produce reports (personnel, production, logs, status).
• Manage site safety through inspections, training, and regular meetings with staff and subcontractors.
