Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple healthcare projects in Woodbridge, NJ. You will manage staff, coordinate with owners, tenants, and design teams to ensure quality, schedule, and profitability.

You will drive project reporting, bids, payments, and close-out activities, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety and compliance across all sites. This role requires a robust PM background in healthcare construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction-related degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 10-15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Healthcare, Life Science and Tenant Improvement expertise preferred.
• Strong communication, decision making and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple healthcare construction projects and drive quality, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead staff, coordinate with owners, tenants, architects, engineers and vendors.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, reports and change orders; ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, awards, payments and close-out documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular status updates to leadership.
