Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from estimating through closeout. You will partner with clients, design teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, occupied facility projects such as medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in construction management or engineering design.
• Experience delivering healthcare construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work in occupied, operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop preliminary concepts and budgets with clients and design teams.
• Review scope, costs, value engineering and contracts/fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout.
• Identify opportunities for direct material/specialty equipment procurement.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent on scopes, schedules and site logistics.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings to solve constructability issues.
• Lead on-site weekly/bi-weekly OAC meetings after construction starts.
• Track performance vs budget; manage pay apps and reports.
• Ensure safety and quality while keeping the process engaging.
