ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction from estimating to closeout. You will partner with clients, design teams, and subs to deliver high-quality, occupied-facility projects, including medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field.
6-10+ years of construction management and/or engineering design experience.
Experience leading healthcare construction projects in occupied facilities.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Lead managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop project budgets with clients and design teams; support value engineering.
Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and schedule coordination.
Prepare pay applications, cost status, and progressBilling reports.
Maintain safety, quality, and client satisfaction while delivering on time.
