Job summary

SpawGlass is seeking a hands‑on Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day field operations on active healthcare, education, civic, and corporate construction projects in Texas. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage field logistics, and ensure adherence to drawings, specs, and codes while protecting schedule, budget, and quality.

The role emphasizes safety, proactive problem‑solving, and clear communication with the project team.

Qualifications

• Previous field management experience on healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, site logistics, and trade sequencing across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
• Proven ability to run daily coordination meetings, manage multiple subcontractors, and keep crews aligned with schedule milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations on active job sites to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications and codes.
• Run site meetings, enforce safety and quality standards, and keep work moving efficiently per the project plan.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and participate in look‑ahead planning for larger projects.
• Prioritize safety, coordination, communication and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
