Job summary

Overaa Construction, based in Richmond, CA, seeks a Project Manager with 5–10 years in healthcare construction to lead cross‑functional teams on Bay Area projects. You will drive preconstruction, planning, and de‑risking, build client relationships, mentor staff, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget success.

The role demands strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a track record of delivering quality construction with a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant project management experience across all phases of construction.
• Experience managing healthcare or related commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Organized with a systematic approach to achieving high-quality results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse personalities.
• Knowledge of QSP, SWPPP, LEED, and sustainability practices is a plus.
• Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Primavera, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical project execution plans and deliverables.
• Direct and motivate personnel and trade partners to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Manage administrative and contractual obligations including owner contracts and change orders.
• Build strategic partnerships with key client accounts through business development activities.
• Attend conferences, tradeshows, and community events.
• Participate in project pursuits including proposal strategy and preconstruction services.
• Promote job site safety and complete required Overaa safety training.
