Job summary

Turtle Creek Management is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead diverse residential and healthcare-focused construction projects in the Indianapolis area. You will guide projects from preconstruction to turnover, coordinating with owners, designers, regulators, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project-management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and related scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressively responsible construction project-management experience.
• Experience managing projects through bidding, subcontractor buyout, construction, and closeout.
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, senior-living, healthcare, hospitality, wood-frame, or similar residential-style construction.
• Knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost forecasting, change management, and contract administration.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through turnover and licensing.
• Coordinate with ownership, design professionals, consultants, and regulators to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage bidding, purchasing, and subcontractor buyout processes.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
