EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end construction for our fleet of optometry and ophthalmology sites, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery aligned with clinical needs.

The role coordinates across internal and external partners to standardize practices, drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement, ultimately supporting top-line growth and bottom-line profits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience leading construction projects in a matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare clinics and/or optical retail environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
• Define project scope, infrastructure and facility requirements.
• Develop budgets, secure funding, track spending and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with procurement to source and manage vendors; oversee bidding and change orders.
• Create and maintain project schedules across internal/external partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, Real Estate and Facilities.
• Oversee design coordination, site walkthroughs, installation of equipment and readiness of systems.
• Plan relocations, setups and closures ensuring operational readiness.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project standards, tools, and documentation; support process improvements.
• Analyze site data to support long-term planning for future projects.
• Support ad hoc initiatives related to construction and facilities.
