Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Sr Manager Operations Construction Project Management for a REMOTE role. You will manage end-to-end construction projects for our fleet of optometry and ophthalmology sites, driving on-time, in-budget delivery and alignment with clinical needs.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of direct experience leading construction projects in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with healthcare clinics and/or optical retail environments.
• Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
• Define project scope, infrastructure and facility requirements.
• Develop cost estimates, secure funding, track spending and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with procurement to source, contract and manage vendors; oversee bidding and payments.
• Create and maintain project schedules and coordinate dependencies across partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, Real Estate and Facilities.
