P3 Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide staff who implement, support, and maintain core administrative system configuration, including EDI, provider data, and CMS claim reporting. The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and strategic leadership.

This hybrid position requires extensive healthcare operations experience and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners; in-office three days per week in Henderson, NV. Salary range: $100,000–$135,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years health care administration operational experience.
• 5 years of health care operations and health care system configuration knowledge.
• Experience managing at least six direct reports.
• Extensive experience in plan building, provider data maintenance and reimbursement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members.
• Respond configuration escalations.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory and performance to business metrics.
• Write and submit P&P update requests.
• Provide expertise on system configuration and review.
• Support team engagement and collaboration with partners.
• Document status of system configuration to stakeholders.
• Lead with strategic vision and future-state scenarios.
