Job summary

Biosector 2 Limited seeks an emerging team leader to support defined workstreams, act as day-to-day client contact on projects, and help translate business priorities into communications plans. This role involves guiding junior team members, partnering with senior account leaders on strategy, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in healthcare public relations/communications.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and provide counsel.
• Experience guiding junior team members and delegating work.
• Strong project-management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build day-to-day client relationships and provide counsel with senior support.
• Manage defined workstreams across portfolio and initiatives.
• Develop communications strategies and plans aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and approvals; escalate when needed.
• Draft high-quality client materials including plans, messaging and summaries.
• Lead and coach junior staff and coordinate with senior leaders on priorities.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, digital, and other specialists for integrated work.
• Track staffing, scopes, budgets and utilization; flag risks early.
• Suggest improvements and value-added ideas to senior leaders.
