Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations for healthcare providers and payers, across diverse client settings in the United States. The role drives throughput, utilization management, and frontline performance improvements while partnering with clinical leaders to implement evidence‑based pathways and workforce models.

Travel is required up to 80% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions.
• Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization.
• Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence‑based pathways and workforce models.
