Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.

• Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization.
• Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
