Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare providers or payers.
• Minimum 5 years in care delivery operations, utilization management or clinical performance improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Clinical background or experience working with clinical leaders preferred.
• Experience with prior authorization or throughput optimization.
• Exposure to EHR-enabled workflow redesign (Epic, Cerner).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions.
• Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization.
• Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
