Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, ID, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Senior Capital Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across Idaho and Oregon. You will oversee design, budgeting, contracting, bidding, safety, IT and medical equipment planning, with full financial responsibility.

The ideal candidate has an architectural background, 12+ years in construction estimates and project management, knowledge of Idaho and Oregon codes, CAD drafting, and a PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business or relevant work experience required.
• 12 years of experience in estimating construction and project management.
• Familiar with building codes; CAD drafting experience; ASHE-CHC within 3 months; PMP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead major construction projects, including master planning initiatives.
• Coordinate with Trinity Health approved architects and design partners.
• Ensure safety, compliance and timely project reporting to stakeholders.
• Prepare budget estimates and facilities planning reports; manage IT and equipment planning.
