Job summary

Saint Alphonsus, part of Trinity Health, in Boise, seeks a Manager of Transformation Project Consulting to lead cross-functional, long-term transformation programs and change initiatives, including risk resolution. Travel 10–20% across Trinity Health sites.

You will partner with transformation office leaders, ministry partners and project managers to organize and enable durable process improvements, develop budgets, and mentor teams to execute complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant technical, process and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex, multi-unit program initiatives spanning multiple operating units with matrixed teams.
• Provide guidance to leaders and articulate operational opportunities and gaps.
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates and processes.
• Facilitate communication between diverse groups and lead teams through lifecycle phases.
• Maintain risk and issue logs; manage resolutions and keep leadership informed.
