Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technology in the US healthcare ecosystem. The role focuses on clinical diagnostics and lab workflows, driving data‑driven decisions and regulatory compliance.

You will gather requirements, translate them into specifications, and collaborate with lab teams, clinicians, IT, and compliance to implement impactful improvements. UAT support and stakeholder coordination are integral to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to business operations.
• Strong experience in the US Healthcare domain, Clinical Diagnostics / Laboratory Services.
• Knowledge of lab workflows, HL7, LIS, EHR/EMR.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to clinical diagnostics, lab operations, and healthcare workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including lab operations teams, clinicians, IT, and compliance teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives or system enhancements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders.
• Work with the sales force and product operations teams.
