Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for Healthcare to own asset performance across ambulatory facilities. You will set strategies, monitor NOI, leasing, and capital plans, and advise on acquisitions and dispositions for an institutional portfolio on the West Coast remote model.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, report to the Americas Asset Management Services, and partner with client executives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in asset/portfolio/investment management for institutional real estate.
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred.
• Fluency in asset-level financial modeling and valuation.

• Set strategy for each owned asset (hold/lease/sell).
• Track NOI, occupancy, rent roll, and expenses; explain drivers and actions.
• Guide acquisitions and dispositions with underwriting support.
• Evaluate opportunities and provide clear client recommendations.
• Set leasing strategy for vacant/expiring space and concessions.
• Report portfolio risk, opportunities, and budget status to leadership.
