Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for Healthcare to own asset performance, guide acquisitions/dispositions, and lead capital spending decisions. You will work with the client leadership and JLL teams to translate investment direction into actionable asset plans.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in asset/portfolio/investment management, strong modeling and valuation skills, and professional qualifications such as MRICS or CFA.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in asset management, portfolio management or investment management for institutional or corporate real estate.
• Fluency in asset-level financial modeling and valuation.
• Experience with leasing economics, capital planning and disposition analysis.
• Experience working inside a client governance framework with formal reporting and delegated authority.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for each owned asset and advise whether to hold, lease up, reposition or sell.
• Track NOI, occupancy, rent roll and expense variance and explain drivers and actions.
• Lead the annual business plan and operating/capital budget for the owned portfolio.
• Evaluate acquisitions and provide clear client recommendations with underwriting.
