Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for Healthcare to own asset performance, set strategic direction for owned assets, and guide acquisitions, dispositions and capital spending across a healthcare real estate portfolio.

This judgment-driven role requires expert financial modeling, leasing economics, and a track record in portfolio management for institutional real estate.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in asset management, portfolio management or investment management for institutional or corporate real estate, healthcare or medical office experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare and present business plans, investment proformas, hold/sell analysis, and disposition strategy.
• Experience evaluating acquisitions and directing leasing and transaction activity with brokers and transaction teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for each owned asset and decide hold, lease up, reposition or sell.
• Track NOI, occupancy, rent roll and expenses; explain drivers and actions.
• Lead annual business plan and budget for the owned portfolio.
