Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for healthcare real estate. You will own asset performance, guide acquisitions and dispositions, and lead capital budgeting while working remotely for West Coast clients and a national team.

You will analyze NOI, occupancy, rent and expenses, setting leasing and capital strategies and reporting to senior client executives, with MRICS/CFA preferred and strong governance experience.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in asset management for institutional real estate, healthcare preferred.
• Experience preparing/investing analyses (proformas, hold/sell).
• Experience evaluating acquisitions and directing leasing/transaction activity.
• Experience in client governance reporting and formal approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own asset performance: set strategy for each asset and advise on hold/lease/reposition/sell.
• Track NOI, occupancy, rent roll and expenses; explain drivers and actions.
• Lead annual business plan and capital budget for the portfolio.
• Evaluate acquisitions, provide client with clear underwriting and recommendations.
• Direct capital spending: decide where to invest and monitor budget.
• Set leasing strategy for vacancies and expiring space; manage roll risk.
• Collaborate with account team to report portfolio risk, opportunities and budgets.
