Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for Healthcare to lead asset-level strategy and performance for a portfolio of ambulatory healthcare real estate. You will own the investment performance, guide acquisitions and dispositions, and work with cross-functional teams to translate client goals into actionable asset plans.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in asset management, portfolio management or investment management for institutional or corporate real estate.
• Healthcare or medical office experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing and presenting investment proformas, hold/sell analyses, and disposition strategy.
• Experience evaluating acquisitions and directing leasing and transaction activity with brokers and transaction teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and performance for each owned asset, including hold, lease up, reposition or sell.
• Track NOI, occupancy, rent roll and expense variance and explain drivers.
• Lead the annual business plan and capital budget for the portfolio.
• Evaluate acquisitions and provide clear client recommendations with underwriting.”
• Collaborate with transaction management, property management, energy and procurement teams to execute plans.
