Dwight Investment Management (DIM) is seeking a Healthcare Asset Manager to own a busy loan book in Healthcare Bridge & A/R Financing. You will supervise surveillance, data accuracy, and modifications while coordinating with loan servicing, HUD teams, and other groups to deliver excellent service to borrowers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of portfolio management experience.
• 3–7 years in commercial banking, corporate lending, or credit analysis with healthcare focus.
• Prior healthcare real estate, AR financing, or cash flow lending experience.
• Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and regulatory environments.
• Advanced proficiency in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and Excel-based debt sizing tools.
• Hands-on experience modifying loans, including collateral releases and covenant modifications.
• High attention to detail in financial data and loan covenants.
• Strong communication to senior management and clients.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio Surveillance: monitor monthly financial reporting and covenant compliance across the portfolio.
• Risk Management: maintain property-by-property reporting and track financial covenants.
• Modifications & Renewals: author credit memoranda for renewals, amendments, and waivers, coordinating with borrowers and HUD teams.
