Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, servicing, underwriting, or operations in CRE finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, track, and spread project financials across a portfolio.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting with emphasis on debt service coverage and key KPIs.
• Maintain portfolio data in PM systems and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Support Borrower and HUD relationships and assist with consent items and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with originators, borrowers, HUD, and vendors to deliver high-touch service.
