Dwight Securities Management (DSM) in Miami invites applicants to join the Healthcare Rotational Analyst Program within Healthcare Bridge & A/R Financing. The program rotates through sizing, asset management, and underwriting, building the full skill set needed to advance into Portfolio/Asset Management or Underwriting tracks.

Across three phases, analysts gain hands-on experience with deal sizing, covenant tracking, and financial analyses while working closely with the Healthcare MDs,

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of professional experience; recent graduates eligible.
• Healthcare real estate, AR Financing, or cash flow lending experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and financial statement analysis required.
• High attention to detail with financial data and loan covenants.
• Clear communication to senior management and Investment Committee.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to rotate across sizing, asset management, and underwriting.

Responsabilidades

• Phase I: screen deals and size loan requests across Bridge, HUD, and A/R Financing.
• Present deal summaries at Greenlight / Investment Committee.
• Track healthcare pipeline and support data analytics in iLevel.
• Build knowledge of Dwight's sizing model and healthcare credit culture.
• Phase II: manage a portfolio of up to 15 investments; covenant tracking.
• Prepare recurring portfolio reporting and communicate performance to senior management.
• Phase III: support Senior Underwriter; manage asset management book up to 10 loans.
• Demonstrate readiness to graduate to Asset Management or Underwriting.
