Dwight Capital in Miami, FL, seeks an Asset Manager to oversee a multifamily FHA/HUD loan portfolio within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role blends financial analysis, covenant compliance, and relationship management with HUD and borrowers.

You will gain exposure to the full FHA loan lifecycle from underwriting to disposition while shaping risk management, reporting, and process automation in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, real estate, finance, accounting, or economics.
• Experience in asset management, servicing, underwriting, or operations is preferred (1–3 years).
• Familiarity with FHA/HUD loan documents and reporting is a plus; eagerness to develop HUD expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collect, track, and spread portfolio financials (oper statements, balance sheets, rent rolls, aging) across the portfolio.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with emphasis on DSCR, occupancy, and KPIs; discuss variances and non-compliance.
• Maintain financial performance and occupancy data in the portfolio management system; prepare monthly loan performance reports.
• Support HUD relationships and process HUD approvals for consent items, including modifications and loan assumptions.
• Monitor covenant compliance, delinquent loans, and risk mitigation; assist in workouts for troubled loans.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Originators, Borrowers, and HUD to drive process improvements and automation.
