Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
• 15+ years of architectural experience, including leadership of complex projects.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare project experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility, detailing, and BIM coordination.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical development and coordination across all project phases to ensure design intent and constructible documents.
• Guide project teams, set priorities, review deliverables, and partner with PMs to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate architectural, interiors, engineering, and specialty consultant contributions.
• Oversee construction documents, specifications, code compliance, accessibility, QA reviews, and BIM coordination.
• Develop strong client and consultant relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Mentor colleagues through coaching and sharing technical knowledge.
• Support construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and site observations.
• Identify project challenges early and help the team craft practical solutions.
• Occasional travel to project sites or offices.
