This role is ideal for an architect who brings both technical depth and leadership presence, and who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping projects, mentoring teams, and elevating design quality across complex healthcare environments.

This is not a production-only position. The firm is looking for someone who enjoys thinking critically, leading teams, and being deeply involved in projects from early concept through construction.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and support multiple healthcare projects across all phases, from early planning and design through construction administration.
• Interpret and apply healthcare codes, zoning requirements, and regulatory standards throughout project delivery.
• Drive high-quality documentation, detailing, and coordination with an emphasis on constructability.
• Guide project teams through internal QA/QC processes and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in design discussions, technical reviews, and client-facing meetings.
• Support project planning related to scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Contribute to internal design standards, documentation practices, and studio initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and model strong leadership, communication, and collaboration.
