EwingCole in Philadelphia is seeking a Project Architect to join the Healthcare Practice. You will lead design documentation from schematic through construction administration, ensuring design intent, technical quality, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires collaboration across disciplines to deliver high-quality projects. This position requires a Bachelor of Architecture, registration, and a sustainability credential is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture required; Master of Architecture preferred.
• Registered Architect in at least one state.
• Sustainability credential strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across schematic design through construction administration.
• Ensure design intent, technical quality and regulatory compliance.
• Direct teams to develop high-quality specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with builders to address issues and maintain design intent.
• Promote client satisfaction through adherence to company standards.
