Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field; or high school degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in developing or configuring technology solutions as an application analyst or project delivery SME in healthcare workflows (e.g., patient identification, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, patient registration, or lab orders).
• Possession of Epic software certification within 8 weeks of hire.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position.

• Lead estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
