Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Irving, TX seeks an experienced Application System Analyst Senior to bridge end users, operations, and vendors. You will analyze business needs, design and optimize applications, and lead testing and implementation activities across complex healthcare systems.

You will work with service desks, coordinate with vendors, and mentor team members while applying deep healthcare domain knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Ability to present complex data in meaningful method, e.g., charts, graphs.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications and processes.
• Lead QA and testing initiatives; manage testing projects as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
• Coordinate with leaders, vendors, and end users to ensure aligned changes and status reporting.
• Manage medium to large projects and provide ongoing status updates.
