Responsibilities

• Lead testing initiatives and manage testing projects as needed.

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders; provide clear status reporting.
• Lead process analysis including mapping and gap analysis.
• Develop strong client relationships and coordinate vendor changes.
• Travel may be required; work extra hours during critical problems.
• Conduct training for users and coworkers.
