Sentara Health is seeking an analytics professional to support, enhance, and implement reporting solutions across the DSNP clinical line. You will deliver analytics, dashboards, and quality initiative support to improve outcomes and operational efficiency, acting as a bridge between clinical operations and IT.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently on high‑level analytics projects within a large healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience.
• Experience in project management and analytics is required.
• Experience supporting DSNP, case management, or clinical program operations preferred.
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboards; SQL exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational needs into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to improve clinical outcomes and efficiency.
• Support DSNP–Cardinal reporting alignment and key program initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across DSNP and Cardinal operations.
