You will build dashboards, identify data gaps, and partner with stakeholders across DSNP and Cardinal operations, translating clinical needs into actionable analytics while coordinating with IT and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience in project management and analytics required.
• SQL exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reporting, analytics, and quality initiative support for DSNP.
• Build dashboards and reports; identify data gaps.
• Bridge clinical operations and IT by translating needs into analytics solutions.
• Support large-scale program initiatives such as Circle of Care.
