Job summary

BRG is seeking a Senior Associate in Healthcare Analytics based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work arrangement and the option to collaborate with colleagues in Tampa, New York, or Boston.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with a quantitative analytics focus (accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics) or related field.
• 2–4 years of data analytics experience or educational background.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, R) and willingness to grow.
• Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention to detail.
• Desire to work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and files per project needs.
• Perform detailed research and analysis from literature and data sources.
• Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools and models.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data.
• Provide valuable contributions to client deliverables and expert reports.
• Participate in a team environment and prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines.
• This position is based in one of our BRG offices (Tampa, New York, DC or Boston) working with colleagues in the office three to four days a week, on average.
