Job summary

Compass Health Center in Chicagoland seeks a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to lead clinical, outcomes, and program analytics across the organization, partnering with clinical and executive leaders to translate complex questions into actionable insights.

You will advance AI-enabled analysis, develop reproducible datasets, and help standardize analytics practices while ensuring PHI compliance and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
5+ years in analytics, healthcare analytics, BI, or related work.
Experience translating clinical workflows into analyses.
Experience with Power BI.
Understanding of PHI privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Analyze access, census, capacity, utilization, length of stay, patient engagement, clinical outcomes, and program performance.
Partner with clinical leaders to translate questions into meaningful analyses.
Turn findings into insights, recommendations, and actions for executives.
Develop standardized dashboards, reports, or repeatable workflows.
Validate AI-assisted analyses for accuracy and clinical relevance.
