Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a senior accreditation specialist to work with leadership, guiding cross-functional teams through accreditation readiness. You will gather evidence, analyze gaps, and drive process improvements to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.

You will collaborate with business leaders, design compliant policies, and provide training to staff while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related medical care management professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain understanding of accreditation standards across the organization.
• Monitor requirements and obtain support to establish required business practices.
• Serve as a consultant and educator on accreditation requirements to multiple departments.
