Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a Systems Analyst III to join our Health & Welfare Benefits Implementations team, helping organizations manage employee benefits and wellness programs.

You will configure and deploy our Health & Welfare software for major clients, diagnose issues, and translate business needs into effective configurations within an Agile setting. This role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3-5 years working in IT, system configuration, or implementation.
• Must-have: SQL expertise (MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus).
• Strong-to-have: ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with configuration tools, Microsoft Office suite (including Copilot), and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to read technical documentation and debug like a pro.
