• 10+ years in healthcare sales selling clinical employer programs
• Experience leading complex sales cycles and RFI/RFP responses
• Ability to translate clinical models into employer value stories
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel 25–50%

Responsibilities

• Sell Whole Health Solutions services to new employer clients
• Manage annual revenue goals with a robust, qualified pipeline
• Lead strategic conversations with employer benefit leaders and stakeholders
• Serve as the primary solution authority through demos, pricing, contracting and implementation
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and product roadmaps
