b.well Connected Health is seeking a senior RVP, Sales to lead access to strategic accounts in consumer health tech, payers, and pharmacies. This remote role involves managing a large, multi-year pipeline and coordinating with legal, product, and security teams to shape complex deals.

You will drive revenue, build executive relationships, and own the deal from first contact to close, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and regulatory alignment. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience.
• Pre-existing C-suite relationships in target markets.
• Startup or growth-stage experience driving early success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
