Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Five years of senior leadership experience in a hospital or ambulatory care system.
• Strong strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with boards and senior teams.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Saint Agnes Health strategic plan with executives and regional leaders.
• Oversee integrated strategic, financial, and capital planning processes.
• Develop priority service lines and partnerships to expand affiliations.
• Engage with insurers, brokers, employers, and market stakeholders to extend network.
