Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or closely related field.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery and execution of complex, large-scale client transformations and requirements.
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to meet commitments.
• Support readiness, change management, and project estimation for outcomes.
• Design and own deliverable artifacts to deliver client value and meet contracts.
• Lead workstreams to meet milestones on time and on budget.
• Coach and develop junior resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
