Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, MIS, Health Admin or related field.
• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience.
• 3 years in Healthcare/Insurance Industry preferred; 3 years in Technology Platform Delivery; 3 years in Program/Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-year client enterprise transformation programs; gather data, analyze, and present recommendations.
• Develop client requirements, SOPs, roles, processes, and user guides.
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider, and IT teams to deliver commitments and business objectives.
• Design and own deliverables to meet contractual obligations and client value.
• Lead engagement workstreams to meet milestones, budgets, and quality targets.
• Coach and mentor junior resources and foster professional development.
