Job summary

The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Program Manager, Health Science supporting our National Center office that is located in Dallas, TX. This role can be home based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare program management.
• Experience in an acute care hospital cardiovascular quality or process improvement.
• Experience in hospitals/healthcare systems for Cardiovascular services including CAD, HF, or stroke.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel and delivering presentations to both large and small groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales support and build relationships with hospital and health system customers.
• Lead project delivery, timelines, and staff to achieve goals.
• Document activities in CRM; use Get With The Guidelines Registry platform.
• Collaborate with sales on territory/state plans to achieve goals and reduce health disparities.
• Facilitate learning collaborative meetings among hospitals to disseminate successful care models.
• Identify research opportunities using our products.
