Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Health Science to support our National Center in Dallas, TX. This role can be home based and is full-time with grant funding through 12/15/2028, offering comprehensive benefits.

You will manage advanced account services for hospital and health system customers, lead post-sales processes, ensure retention, and drive program delivery across multiple platforms, including GWTG and health IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in health program management.
• Experience in acute care hospital cardiovascular quality or process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hospitals and healthcare systems to implement program services.
• Lead post-sales process, customer retention and related activities.
• Document activities in CRM tools and report progress; track outcomes.
